Description Say hello to my first 1st Gen evo, had this one on back-burner for a couple of years or so but since I am doing these all now I thought it should be the first, glad the idea didn't leave my head xD

im glad im not the only one felt Hypno needed an evo. but looking at this design, id say this should just be a mega...
im just saying Drowzee looks like it could go for a pre evo.
and Hypno a mega..

Lol I did this before that whole mega thing I can see why youd want it I mean I thought Musharna was gonna be baby drowzee it fit so well, but I quite like him as an evo ^^ the new alakazam mega has a similar feel lol

Very nice design. And a fitting concept for an evolution of Hypno. Kinda looks like an old sensei type thing. Good for A Psychic type.
Also I like the fact I feel he can still use his monocle as a pendulum to hypnotize people!
