Description

Ghostwriter is one of the few most influential spirits within the T.A. storyline. He serves as an almost moral standing in this twisted tale that blurs the edges between black and white, acting as a sort of mentor to Danny, and a good friend of Clockwork. He is one of the few people that Clockwork will openly speak to about his intentions or complain to. In some sense he acts as a moral reasoning, and conscience for the time keeper, especially when Clockwork's morals seem heavily skewed; essentially a voice of reason. As of such, Clockwork finds great trust in the writer and comes to greatly depend on his help for the final act....

Ghostwriter's personality hasn't changed all that much. He's still heavily obsessed with literature; running the central Library in the spirit capitol and constantly trying to write out his books, which seem to constantly get interrupted. (He gets into rhyming and poetry more towards the holiday seasons, leaving Clockwork covering his ears.) Due to Ghostwriter's ability to manipulate reality though his work, He, like Clockwork, is not affected by the doubling effect from crossing into other dimensions or worlds, essentially there is only one of him, no alternate versions. (This leads into the joke about him hating oranges due to the canon Danny. I feel like breaking the 'fourth wall' a bit with his character. XD)

Ghostwriter's origin name is Andrew. However only those that know him well, know him by his actual name. As it is, most spirits tend to have names for themselves, often ones that show their strongest attributes. He isn't fond of his name being spoken, though his reaction is more frustrated in comparison to Clockwork snapping. The fastest way to anger him is to ruin a book in his presence.
