Description
This piece explores an Alpha man's ego and how he perceives his female counter-part as an "accessory". Luckily, in my world this is not standard, but in the tabloids it is still a fantastic lie to which some still fall prey. The original design was inspired by a dog chain. My goal was to show something with dominance and restraint, while having sarcastically symbolic overtones draped in elegance. To complete the statement the necklace would be complimented by a simple black cocktail dress.

This necklaces is made of silver. Each loop is soldered shut then filed, sanded with four different grades of paper and polished with tripoli and rouge.
