After High Roller managed to steal the blueprints of Woo's robot Cyber, he turned them to his old classmate. Instead of making a direct duplicate, he went all out. Using the alien technology they managed to steal along with the blueprints, and some of their technology, he created the most devastating mechanical creation ever. Going by what Woo did, the scientist named his creation Techno.

Techno went through many trials after his creation. He needed to prove his loyalty, his power, his skills, and his overall intelligence. His devastating arsenal proved his abilities and power. He swore allegiance to High Roller and Twin Masters, making it a key part in his programming to do so. As for his intelligence, Techno has possibly the greatest I.Q. of the planet. He can easily recreate weapons and other such things. Techno now is one of the military strategists for High Roller as well as co-head scientist.

Personality:
Being a robot for purpose entirely, Techno has not much of a personality. He finds enjoyment from his studies and experiments. He does not laugh, cry, or anything that shows emotion. However he will boast how superior he is to a enemy whenever he is winning.

Abilities:
Techno has a arsenal of different tactics. Each part of his body is a different tool/weapon. Starting with the head, Techno has autotargeting systems, radar, communication antenna, laser eyes, infared vision, and turbine rotors hidden in his head. His body contains missle launchers, a Gatling gun, flamethrowers, smokescreens, and a powerful water cannon. His shoulders contain these electrods that can shoot lightning, absorb electricity, and create a impenetrable energy shield. His right arm can change into a mace, drill, jackhammer, grappling hook, and other features. His left claw is a magnet, capable of creating strong magnetic currents. Both limbs can extend and retract. The middle segment is armed with a cannon and spine launcher. Finally, the lower body part has tank treads for all terrain traction and oil slick dispensers on his front and back.

-Techno speaks in technical terms, using words like "Affirmative" or "Illogical."
-He would never truly destroy Cyber, since he believes he can evolve past his programming and join him.
