Well, not exactly. Say a burglar is getting away in a car. On a turn, Stopwatch can fast forward the car so it slams into the wall. He can speed up or slow down objects, not time itself

Dude! it was just one game I bought, and sides the idea was totally random, the idea for Stop Watch came from my Pokemeter thing next to me when I got Soul Silver many times ago

Yeah. That way he is not entirely overpowered.

Saying a car is speeding down a road and there are kids crossing. Stop Watch can either stop the car completely)pause) or slow the car down(slo-mo)

You know I made a reimagining of BenEon called Timezone that had similar abilities. He could create chronospheres that manipulate anything caught in them.
