Everyone's definition of a fangirl is different...But according to the general definition.... many respectable people I know are just considered to be mindless idiots.
But fangirls are people too... and although many have earned us a bad name... there's a good percent of fangirls who, yes, can actually read and write. They actually use proper grammar. Many of them are very polite. Sometimes you forget they're fangirls. But they still are.
And that's why I made this stamp. Just for the few of us that exist out there. ;D
I know that this stamp will backfire easily. I know that most of the people who fave this will be infamous "stupid fangirls". That's a sacrifice I'm more than willing to make. Someone needs to send out this message.

I am definitely smart enough to know that there is more to a fan base than pairings and roleplay, in fact, I don't role play or ship characters at all, unless if it's a crack pairing such as Jayfeather/Stick.

I am not completely sane, but I dare say I am rather intelligent (according to my IQ), I use a proper grammar (at least in my own language, I try to speak a proper English, it's more or less self-taught), I don't know everything, but a lot of important, or at least interesting, things. I'm not a typical teenage girl, I am not that girly (even though I am rather femine). I am rather polite and had a good education. Still, I consider myself a "fangirl" of many fictional characters and fandoms.

When they say that "fangirls are stupid", they are usually referring to the worst part of the fandom. For example the ones who fight over ships and hate anyone who doesn't support that ship. I wish they'd stop generalizing us based on the worst part of the fanbase. Every fandom has its group of retards, and just because they see a few people act like total twats, doesn't mean the whole fanbase acts like that.

I already know what it is. Look, I don't wanna start a flame war that will result in bans, but I just wanna say this. I don't like it when fangirls keep making all of these ridiculous slash pairings that go completely against what is canon with the series and then rub it in other people's faces as if doing so will make them canon when it's not and won't. So please, stop with all of these yaoi pairings and stop ruining the series for the rest of us. It's irritating.
