Lady Tremaine, the wicked stepmother from Cinderella.This dress would be from around 1855, a bit earlier than the dress I gave Cinderella, but Tremaine is older of course. I really wanted to see her in a wider skirt and I'm really glad with the end result, even though this wasn't my original design. I had a dress in mind that was a bit different, but after applying basic colors, I didn't really like it so I started over completely. That's why this one has taken so long...
Oh, I also experimented with drawing ruffles and such, hope you find them ok
The background is the hall and staircase of the mansion, although it came out a bit twisted

One of your best. I love the dark red (burgundy? I'm not sure, I see burgundy sometimes being this colour, sometimes being more purple-ish... here in Brazil we use "wine" to refer to both colours) and the midnight blue used. The multiple-layered sleeves are neat, as well as the overskirt and the ruffles. Her hairstyle looks like the upper part of Jasmine's, and I love her jade jewellery.
Lady Tremaine is surely passing an autority impression, like she is inspecting Cinderella while she wash the floor, saying: "You didn't clean here well enough. There are spots all over the floor. Clean it up. Now!"
