I read the first 8 books again, and they're pretty good for kid's books. I wanted to try drawing something completely in MangaStudio, where the characters were already developed and just needed precise char designs. I wanted especially to show off their personalities just based on their clothes and pose. Note that everything (like the Andalite, red-tailed hawk) were done by memory.I'm thinking about making the first volume into an online graphic novel. 180ish pages, following pretty closely to the book, char desgins something like the above. It would be for fun, and to help me practice drawing precisely and consistantly, and it would also help me get more used to / faster at Manga Studio. (I may not have the time, but it's fun to plan out, anyway.)

omigod yes PLZ!! do so!!! animorphs were and still are my fave series. they introduced me to the sci-fi genre. I love your style of drawing as well and rachels pose is sooo her. yay!! so glad animorphs hasn't been forgotten!!

I would *love* if you made the first book into an online graphic novel. I loved Animorphs, having read it ever since it was first printed in '96. It's one of those series that one can never get tired of because you tend to understand more once you get older. Keep up the wonderful work

Definitely go for it. It would be _amazing_ to see a manga of it. And really, people might say that Animorphs is a kids' series, but if everybody that said that read it they'd probably be screaming for it to be banned because of all the blood, violence, and gore. The only suggestion I have is to make Marco's skin just a tad darker. I'm pretty sure he's supposed to be hispanic...
