Been a long, long, long, long, LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time since I drew a mech. To think that this started off as a bunch of random scribbles (hence the bits of mess you see).The Prototype Genesis Gundam (aka. 'PG' Gundam
) was meant to be an MS to be used on an old fanfic of mine, but has since been scrapped. Basic dimensions has it at 21 metres in height, 20 tonnes in base weight, armour made from some variant of gundarium, and armed your basic armaments of 2x beam sabers, 1x stronger than average beam rifle, shield (with beam generator), bazooka, and Gundam hammer. Concept of the design was to be a fairlly straightforward design in its outer appearance, with none of those overbearing backpacks, or the kajillion added guns or bit weapons that so plagued the last Gundam series, SEED Destiny. Note, I said straightforward in its outer appearance, as this thing is meant to be a beast on the inside. Not gonna go into any other detail beyond that, other than forgive me of any angle and proportion issues. I goofed. >>Previous concept can be seen in all it's ugliness here: ==> [link]

The shoulder armour and the beefy forearms remind me of the Shining Gundam. 20 tons? That's really light! Must be very maneuverable.

Even though it's several months too late, did I say Nu? I meant G-Unit, where the larger Gundams weighed about the high tens to low twenties empty. Don't ask how I mistaken G-Unit for CCA.

Heh, I could see some SHining Gundam in it as well, even though that wasn't my intention. Heck, after I completed the thing, the face itself bears a resemblance to the Ez8 as well, amongst other things.
As far as its mass is concerned, I figured to go with something more along the lines of Nu Gundam, rather than the other two extremes be it OYW route, or F-91/Victory route. Considering the fact that the MS I had in mind would be about as small and light as Victory, this would be considered 'heavy'.

Kinda reminds me of the Victory Gundam. Probobly 'cause of the simple yet styled design.
