There're a few dramatic readings, if that helps. Also, I'd suggest manwithoutabody's dramatic reading of 'My Inner Life'... although I wouldn't blame you for skipping certain parts and suggest that you watch it alone.

I got up to chapter 6 or something with a dramatic reading, because I just couldn't stand to try and decode those hieroglyphics she calls the English language anymore. But it was painful. Since when in the hell does Edward talk with 'thee's and 'thou's? 
....I'm afraid. But you're right; watching it alone is a must. When I was listening to it, I had the volume pretty high up. A few minutes into it... No one has ever dived for the mute button faster.
