In my humble opinion, this piece is calming, powerful, and beautiful, all at the same time...
To start, I feel that you've captured Weiss, and Myrtenaster perfectly as they appear in Volume 5. The shades of white and blue you used seem to sometimes blend in with other elements, like the way her hair trails down and follows the ribbon on her waist, or how her dress seems to almost merge with the background.
I also noticed that there seems to be some sort of light striking her from above, reminding me of the times we've seen her perform before audiences at concerts. In addition, the white shapes circling around her look a lot like snow, which is really nice.
Finally, I like the way she's positioned. As a character, we all know how powerful she is, yet, even armed with her weapon, she's seems to be composed, keeping calm, and focused. She's holding Myrtenaster rather delicately, like a violin. And, while I can't tell if that's a hint of a smile curling from her lips or my imagination, her mind seems to be both focused, and at peace.
Overall, a wonderful piece of RWBY artwork that you should be proud of.
