Eh, pretty good! I'd recommend to just add a wince of detail more to the realistic one (yea, weird I point out that one) But it's so close to perfection...

Hm... I'd say parts of the face make it look flat... I'd recommend to add some darker shading on certain parts (like the other half) ... Yea... I'd say it would just be shading. Just my idea though, ^^
