Can u give me some artist tips? How do you do those fine lines of his hair? I try to do that with my characters, but it never looks as thin and graceful looking.

hmm .. I paint in Paint Tool SAI
There is quite a lot depends on the size of the image (usually I take the big canvas 190 * 130 cm). Lines should not be sharp at the root of the hair. Then already on ready work in Photoshop hover sharpen these hairs.
