I love this, amazing use of colours! I would suggest more shading to give some depth~ I love her gentle expression ^^
The background is so detailed, but I think you should use a less saturated shade, since they seem too bright and direct atention away from the girl.

The colors in this are very pastel. I like the bright colors. If you would like some crit., it could do with a little bit more shading, just to give it more dimension. I like how her hair swirls around in the water, and the style of her dress. Nice work. ^_^

The picture itself is pretty good, I love the strong colors and the background. The concept is pretty awesome too, it's so much as fantasy and yet so down to earth that you can still 'feel' it being 'real'. It's really hard to do that but you managed really well.
There are some things you could improve on, unless you want to make them your own style or something, but what 'I' would do is make the head a bit smaller for the body or make body a bit bigger. Also the waterfall looks a bit out of place, it looks great but it just seems to come out of nowhere, there's no real indication that there is a river or anything at the top of the mountain/hill that would really put the waterfall into place.
Either way great picture, I love it

Oh! This is such a gorgeous picture! The girl is so pretty and have such a gentle face~ The reflection of the tree and the surrounding rocks is a nice touch as well :3 Great job!
