The choice of colours and the flow of her hair is nice, but anatomy and perspective could be improved: the head and the umbrella look a bit flat, her bloomers could be puffier, one shoulder looks bigger than the other and her hands are too small.
I really like the character design, she's cute. And you seem to be developing an interesting style. You have potential, girl, keep up the practice

Aww this is really cute. I really like her outfit design and her hair is really cute how it flows! I think some of the anatomy could be improved. For example, her right and left shoulder are different and her hands seem a little small. But she's still really cute and you did a lovely job!

That's a nice use of colours! ^o^ Whether it's the choice of colours or the mixing of colours (e.g. in the background), or the whiteness and puffiness and thin parts of the clouds, I really like it. But I think it would have been even better if you shaded her collar bone.
