Gareki is a bad boy, nothing more, nothing less. Because of his past in which he was enslaved, he has become a spy and a slave trader in turn. From prey to predator. He's not properly psychologically stable, mostly because of his past, but he's trying to do his best to avoid stress and to be aggressive, not because he has respect towards others, but because when he loses control, he don't remember what he do, often destroying all around him.
With his job he likes to attend brothels, gambling halls and similar things, always looking for useful information about what's around him.

The truth is that for him all is useful if he can sell it, so he loves to serve nobles and humans that are asking for a humanoid pet, probably because in deep he's afraid he could be the target if he don't meet the expectations of his customers. He was traumatized by the events of his childhood and he lives in his own world were you eat or you will be eaten, like the simple law of the jungle.
Even if he was enough lucky to escape from his jailers, sometimes his inner self feels that he needs to replicate that thraumatic event so, sometimes, especially in private, he likes to be teased and tortured like when he was a child, but in the 90% of the cases, it ends in a blood bath, because the present personality don't bears the humiliation anymore and he can't control himself.

History:
Gareki is born in a poor village and for him it wasn't difficult to face dangers when he was young. In fact, during a travel with his family he was kidnapped and enslaved for some years.
For him was enough to understand some things: life is cruel and if you're not the predator, you will become the prey.
After a lucky escape plan, Gareki returned home, but he and all around him was changed. He felt abbandoned by his parents because he never found them again and because he was different fom others: in fact he "collected" some scars on the body and his mental health wasn't properly the best. He couldn't knew that his parents were dead and his original village was destroyed.

He wasn't enough strong, or mybe too much emotional to forget what it happens and he literally lost the path. He reduced himself to a street thief to survive and for several years he lived with the things he was stealing. After some years he was approached by a group of bandits men that offered him a "new work".
He needed money and food, so he accepted before understand completely what they were offering him, that sostantially was a job in which he had to kidnap other creatures or humans to sell them to the nobles or anyone that had enough money to pay them.
Unfortunately for those who met him, Gareki was so changed, that even after he has discovered the real intentions of the men, so kidnap others for money, he didn't stop himself. For him his fellows were a business, nothing more and he was understand that thing when he was still young. So technically he was raised by criminals because he had lost everything else.
Still nowadays he worked as slave trader and meanwhile he looks for useful informations that he sells for money. He discovered himself very good in this work, mostly because of his charme and the quick gab.

Extra Facts:
- he's got several scars on his back because of his past enslavement
- despite the appearances, he and Raven are friends. That's because Raven is the only one that has enough patience to bear Gareki's twisted mind
