Yea I know, JoliCoeur isn't a crystal pony, but considering that he lived his whole life in the Crystal Empire, I can imagine that this is how he would look during the crystal fair. It's actually very fun to draw crystal ponies and their crystal texture.

Yeah I was wondering hod you do the texture, too xD Do you like make it on a separate file, then lower opacity and clear it all except on the pony itself

You can find a few tutorials of how to make crystal ponies on DA but what I did was just place the texture on top of all my layers, lower the opacity to 15% and then add a bit of glow here and there. Oh and sparkles!! and yes, then I erased the everything except for the texture on the pony. c:
