Little chibi Britannia Angel! Yes, Leto, I know I was supposed to start on our drawings that we talked about, but after our Britannia Angel/America roleplays, I just had to draw him. |DYes, I know Britannia Angel has no halo, but I wanted to draw an oversized one just for the lulz and cuteness. And yes, I know his one hand sucks. Forgive me. I was up at 3 am drawing this. *shot*
Isn't he so damn cute>?!?!?! Gosh, I just wanna hug him! >w<
Britannia Angel belongs to Hidekaz Himaruya, who is the only one who is brilliant enough to come up with the concept of England in a toga. XD

Is this the legit comic with a fanslation, or is it the actual translation? I thought I saw something about how they did it, but I am also moderately retarded, so I could have misunderstood.

It's a ligit comic and a ligit translation. And the comics really can only be found online. Himaruya released them at first as webcomics on his blog (while he was in college!) and then people started seeing them, and it kind of exploded from there.
