Took awhile to sketch this on the comp with my new tablet... basically sorta like a replica i found on the net and was inspired to do it... I'll post up the lineart if anyone wants it... mind you its extremely sketchy and it made my mind go blegha~ Tis rather cutsy so when i drew it... i suck at shoe lases... so kill me later...Background i wanted it to be sorta space like... so i was like... yeah~ got a space color in... then i decided to muck around again... i am sorry... I just like the grundgy bit too much if you look hard enough theres a few patterns of those grundgy techical stuff in there mixed with a made space background
got bored... added feathers... looked cool... added alchemy crap... even better~ 
well here it is... My perfect Rinoa... To make up of my 2 days of absence... if i did not reply to your previous messages its because i had 760 new messages and i cant be bothered looking through all of them

The background came out very cool, but I think it's a little too busy really, with the feathers. Feathers are cool (but a little overused lol) yet they really clutter up the composition here. Try to find a nice balance of simple + striking and you'll hit the mark. Nice design too.
Enjoy your new tablet so far? One thing about coloring with one is to remember to keep the colors consistent and not to smudge them up with patches of other color. Keep them nice and solid until shading and make sure to keep consistent with your lightsource. For example, on her boots the light would be on the other side. Lightsource can be difficult to keep track of but it's a definite must to get your work up to snuff.

I really like this, even goes with the characters personality too... ^_^ I think the text shouldn't be going over the border line though... as its quite messy but everything else is really good. well done!

Honestly the shades of blue are incredible...very 'neptunian', if I may be so bold. As if...Oh, you used a term up there in your description that cracked me up...let me look again...oh yeah, apparently something made your mind 'go blegha?' What the FECK is that? Does is hurt?
