the swirly i used filter: blur>smart or radiant blur

One question: do you draw boys? I'm not good at drawing boys (they ALWAYS end up looking like girls)! T__T I also dislike drawing BGs that involve having detailed scenes, like houses or even a city. O_O;; *faints* And do you lineart your pictures on the CPU with a pen tool?

i'm like you, i can't draw boys at all(only if i have a reference) and i can't do backgrounds.
i'm not really sure what a CPU is but i do use the pentool in photoshop.
