HOLY CRAP, BATMAN.It's my face.
Mixed media portrait. Yup.
I really liked the over all peice, but there are a few things wrong with my face. (Which bugs me to no end...)
I used for the backround:
Watercolor
tissue paper
news paper
white gesso
salt
alcohol
your mom
And that's india ink for the actual drawing.

I don't even know half of the materials you used ; 3 ; 'white gesso'? You're experience with traditional media is stunning! I love the bold lines and ink splatters yumyum

Oh, and, white gesso is this white, goopy, crap that you paint on objects to make them look distant or faded.
It's a life saver.
