A piece of art I made of Hoopa, the Psychic/Ghost-Type Mythical PokΓ©mon from the Kalos Region. My first Hoopa artwork was made back when there was only one image of it floating around, so now that we've seen the whole model I decided to make an updated piece of art. I decided to use the "lit from below" shading that Sugimori has recently used on many Ghost-Types such as the Phantump line and Mega Banette.Enjoy.

Love it! This is one of the cases, in my opinion, of the regular coloring being better than the shiny. Shiny Hoopa's just so...dull, while regular Hoopa has all kinds of cool colors~

It'll likely be revealed in either a new Pikachu short or the 18th movie, but the new movie will feature Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon, so Volcanion is more likely to appear.

Diancie and Mega Diancie will be obtainable through an event when Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are released. Diancie, Mega Latias, and Mega Latios can be obtained through cheating. As for Hoopa and Volcanion, no news as of yet.

Diancie can be obtained from anyone who received it during the Japanese event in that region. You dont have to hack to get it when someone/everyone from that region has it.Β

I'm so glad this image has come out. A lot of people were relying on the old piece of art for reference even after better in-game renders of Hoopa were shown. Now they won't have to worry.
