I'd say it's either 'magi' or 'trolleri'. I'm not sure if the last one is only in swedish or if it's the same in norwegian. Google translator wasn't being very helful when I tried to confirm this.
Is that a selfmade or bought costume by the way?

This costume is bought, I actually have 3 Norway costumes LOL ORZ
One was self made, but in the middle of the process the sewing machine died out on us for NO reason whatsoever.
Then I got another, but I was too happy with the color of it. It looked...... funky XDDDD
This is the third, which is the one I like the most~
