History - Growing up in Snowpoint City, Tomo had admired contests that were aired on television, aspiring to someday be able to participate in them and be one of the top coordinators in Sinnoh. (Due to the fact that Snowpoint does not have a Contest Hall, she could not participate until much later.) Raising her Pokémon to high levels accordingly with specified movesets, she embarked on the journey southbound to Celestic Town, where she entered her first contest. After advancing from there, she moved on to Solaceon and then to Hearthome, where she remained for quite some time trying to master new move combinations; doing her best to appeal to judges there.
