So I tried using Inkscape and it didn't go so well, afterwards I tried freaking Illustrator and that was worse, then I decided just to return to PS so I won't have to re-learn everything, it was more than I thought it would be. Anyways I made Whisper Macne (Sasa, Sasayaki, etc.) because she's so freaking cute, her voice is also amazing, I mean just look at this song. >_<; [link]I am currently taking commissions so if you want an album art for an UTAU or something in this style just go to my profile and read more.
