The most dangerous animals on the planet . I dont get why bats are being portrayed as vampires while mosquitoes are officially the real one's . I mean just look into it , they literally suck blood while real life vampire bats just lick it and ive heard that mosquitoes hate garlic ... VAMPIRES! Clearly they should be the real blood sucking Hollywood monsters .This Dracula is more animalistic and agressive in nature but is still able to have a calm nature in her human form , tho while making buzzing noises now and than . She's also really speedy and is able to suck a human dry in less than 3 seconds . Just like the original Dracula is she able to hypnotise people .The claws on her right arm are longer than the ones on her left .

I always liked the idea of using mosquitos as vampires.
Mostly because I fucking hate mosquitos and think they'd make great killer monsters.

The association between bats and vampires came from the 16th Century, when Gonzalo Fernandez reported an attack from what he described as a "vampiric bat" during his expedition in the New World. One of his peers was allegedly bit by it, and died of an illness soon after (supposedly rabies). After Fernandez's account was published, people began to associate bats with vampires. The identity of the bat that was described, was likely a Desmodontinid, and this particular subfamily is indeed known to consume blood , like that of a vampire. So, there actually is some merit to the vampire/bat dichotomy. Desmodontinids are exceptional though, and don't live in Transylvania, or anywhere else in Europe for that matter.
By the way, male mosquitoes actually do not consume blood. They are physiologically incapable of doing so, as they lack anticoagulant enzymes. They instead consume nectar and fruit juices. Females are the ones that actually drink blood, because the blood acts as an effective fertilizer for developing offspring. Since males can't get pregnant, they never developed this trait in their evolution. Of course, I suppose it could be handwaved that this character's vampirism granted them the ability to feast on blood, so it does not matter what species or sex it is, but then that would mean this isn't the "real blood sucking Hollywood mosnter" you intended, and we are led right back to the vampire/bat dilemma you tried to solve.

Thank you verry much , and thanks for the info . Always love some new information and those are some interesting facts . But i still think that Mosquitoes come closer to vampires cause they actually do suck blood and do hate garlic . And i knew that only females drink blood but the actual Dracula is indeed a dude so i made him male anyway . Or this Dracula is indeed a girl and just likes to dress in dude clothes

So you changed the sex? That's cool. I trust this decision was made on your own terms? I definitely don't want to be the one to tell you how to design your own characters.
Anyway, I think the clothing is fine in regards to a female character. It's a standard shirt with a cape. Doesn't seem to be based on any specific men's wear. There are also no leggings whatsoever. For all I know the outfit could very well be the upper half of a dress, and the skirt was just torn off. I kind of like the rugged medieval style of your character's outfit though. Most films depict Dracula wearing a button up blouse with a vest and handkerchief, reminiscent of 18th/19th Century gentlemen's fashion, which makes no sense given that Dracula lived between 1428-1477 AD, and was a valiant warrior of his time. The character's name wouldn't really have to be changed, given the retcon you made, since "Dracula" was the famous vampire's last name. His full name was Vlad III Tepes Dracula. This could very well be Vlad's daughter.

The costume is mostly what ive drawn from a ''how to draw vampires'' book and the cloaks were in this case mostly for male vamps .
