Description
Couldn't resist making a baby version of Vex again, this time in his hybrid form.
But he is sad of losing his natural Yaut'ja form.

Yes, he has that effect.
And yes, the frontal lobe to the Xenomorphs are transparent, so the skull feature resembling that of their host can be seen.

Yes, they all have a skull bearing characteristic from their host under the globe.
Here see some of the models from the movies, where they sculpted the costumes with the skulls before setting the smooth globe over it.

Through rituals. One ritual to get Blooded is by getting your dreads ringed, it's said to be a very painful process and Vex failed that, as you have to go through the whole thing without showing pain.
