This were a gift from *Bender18 , from after the release of the design of my Demon Hybrid character, from the RP-story "Takeover".
Already at just the teaser preview I did of the hybrid, did he show interested, and warned me he'd might use the design.
Either way, I were just as amazed and in awe seeing one of my design done in his style.

I can understand that. It allows you to practice your creativity, but in a more relaxed way because you don't have to come up with all the details yourself. Yes?

True, it does allow me to experiment, specially with backgrounds.
But it is more fun to color and do my own line art, even if it does take longer time.

I think it's always more fulfilling to see your own work come together the way you wanted. Not to mention the freedom to develop it exactly how you imagine. Still, it's always fun to see how others make your characters. At least it is for me. I always get a rush when one of my artist friends does a good rendition of one of my characters.

Getting fan art or gift art overwhelms me.

You deserve it. It means that someone admires and enjoys your work. That means you're doing a good job. The best way to pay them back is to keep doing wonderful work to the best your ability. Just don't let that push you into forcing it out. Stay creative and natural.
You do do good work. You have very in-depth characters and a good art style. It's always fun to see what you do next.

Well, that wasn't quite my intention, though I know the feeling. Even when someone doesn't expect anything back, I sometimes feel the same way. Just remember, they don't always expect something back. They just want to show their admiration of your work, and to see what you do next.
Joining groups like this does help with self improvement. You can get input from others and then use that information to do even better. One reason why I should probably post more. lol.
