Description
This started out as a play on words sea horse but got made into a water kirin. This was another practice work done on my tablet in paint tool sai. I feel Β like such a n00b all over again. ;A;This can be up for sale--character and image for $5 as it is a practice work.

First thing that came to mind: How does it move? I mean, it obviously walks on land, what about in water? You swim or walk on the bottom of the ocean?

It kinda does both in water, kinda in a way how Santa's reindeer fly. xD;
Though its tail does more action with its side to side motions, the hind legs just kinda rest back till aid for them are needed.

I'm not understanding the 'gills on the front legs' as you are calling it, but the gills are on the sides of the ribcage.Β
