Description Blame Darrkestdrow for this guy . c_C It's all his fault for liking the spoofy pictures of Spyderd. So now we have Shand, the more 'real' version of Spydered.
I dont have that much background for him yet, but I'm working on it, maybe he'll be more fun to RP than Sharl, but I dont know yet. ^_^
He's a former slave/'pet', Fleshcrafted by his last owner to be more physicly imposing...and then disgarded. At the moment, he's masterless, and not sure yet if he wants to stay that way or not. The freedom and threat of it both are probably making that desision a little rough, for different reasons. He has the spiderwalk ability, and those 'talons' on the spider arms are, I think, going to be poisonous. He's a work in progress, so anyone got any ideas?

Oh, that's something I remember reading about where they use magic to physically alter the subject. Shand wasn't born with extra limbs, they were magically created and added on and made to function. ((So you don't have to feel quite so bad for whoever his mom was. XD))

It seems that multi-armed drow are all the rage and here I thought I was an original thinker. I've seen Darkest-drow's and now yours. Gotta say I love em both. While my inspiration came from a far different source, yours is great. I wish I had limited my own to four arms as you did but my damn logical mind said to me eight legs on a spider- then a spider worshiper should have eight limbs. My goodness six arms are hard to pose with believable muscle structure. But I stand by it fer better or worse. In short I like this pic great pose awesome detail and a tad bit of envy on my part. Hope to see more of your outstanding work.

I agree, make the claw-things on the spider legs poisonous! You've drawn the pose really well (and it looks like the kind of pose that's pretty difficult).

Oh look! Baby pictures of Shand! (just kidding) Heh!
Yeah...I did draw Shand's torso a lot more muscular than an elfs would typicly be, I think partly because the idea I had of him had him being strong, and possibly unsure of his parentage (he might have some bloodlines in him to give him a larger frame) also partly to support extra muscles and stuff. *faves the little picture* (argh! so many faves today!)
The purple bangs were also me going "Ooooh. that might look cool". I was doing that a lot that day.

^_^ I have a drawing of him downstairs I have to scan and hit up with photoshop at some point. He's sitting around looking smug, although I'm afraid the bow didn't make it to the picture because I still have trouble drawing weaponry. Anyhow he probably already killed everyone. they're secretly in the mound of grass he's sitting on. Thats why he looks smug in the drawing...

(on the picture): I'd probably have to fudge around in photoshop to get better highlights, but then again there's a reason I don't color in marker very often. c_C Namely that I kinda stink at it imho.

Very unique creation. Having a drow with spider-like abilities and all that jazz. You're a very creative person. Your imagination shows in your artwork, and that's what makes fantasy. I'm sure the background for this will be just as astounding as the character himself.

Yeah, so I said it to ya in IM already but…who cares. I LOVE THIS PIC! The char rocks and kicks all kinds of major ass! NO the blue toe nails do not look β€œweird” they are β€œniffty.” The piercings absolutely ROCK! And the pose…daaaamn the pose is good!

Love the spider legs too woman! You are just TOO GOOD at this…and you make me all kinds of jealous!

I have to say, you did a damn fine job with the multiple arms here. I’ve seen multiple arms done many times and it just looked….wrong. This turned out wonderful though. And…as always! *bows to your skills*
