All things considered I probably could have shuffled this one under people, but he's still a Selkie so I feel better having him in Fantasy.
For those people who have no idea what a Selkie is: they're a mythological creature that shapeshifts between man and seal by donning or shedding their seal skin, which is integraly part of them, and can hurt them by being hurt, regardless of weather they're in it. Taking it from them also prevents them from shape changing back to thier seal form.
Selkies are freindly as mythologicals go, and have been known to court humans from time to time.
Rune here would be no acception, since as a character he's rather in love with the idea of falling in love, and tends to fall for people who aren't likely to fall back. Fortunately this never seems to hurt his feelings much, as he's almost inevitably falling for someone else shortly after being kicked in the ego by the last subject.
Rune is based partialy on the poem "The Seal of Suleskerry".
