I love the way you draw those "folds" in dresses. For some reason they never seem right when I draw them, but yours look natural. xD

To practice on cloth folds, you could actually stare a bit at a dress or a random piece of clothes

The dress is amazing. The only thing I would say is that the hands can be improved on. I know it's really difficult to draw hands, but looking at a reference helps a lot.

Critique is critique, no matter how you'd take it. And that is because I know what is wrong when I draw a picture.

It's nice to see colored lines, but I would have made them a bit darker. A lot of the lineart is completely lost. As for the background, I would avoid gradients. They tend to make things tacky. Expand upon your butteryfly?/rosepetal? idea. Are you going for romance? Magic? The power of the crystal? Use the background to tell a story. The moon kingdom is a very beautiful and romantic place, you'd probably have a lot of fun drawing it.

I was unable to add a real background because i focused only on the character when I drew it, another attempt at drawing the crystal palace would be another failure. But I will try making the lines darker.
