IT'S DOOOONE!
First notes: I am aware that some things may seem out of place or wrong. I didn't respect Neo Queen Serenity's crown model entirely. Also there's only half of her back bow. Aaaaaand the dresses are pinker than the usual ones
Also, Chibi Chibi is not related to the Moon Family, only Chibiusa is Serenity's daughter. Chibi Chibi was there because...well why even ask? I just thought she'd be daughter of Chibiusa from the future, but after I finished lineart inking, Wikipedia just yelled at me that Chibi Chibi is Kakyuu's star seed... Well she's cute, and I'm happy with the result.
Anyway...
Medium: Paint Tool SAI, adjusted in Photoshop CS2.
Time: Coloring around 6 hours? Took many brakes uring the day, so maybe 7 hours or so, still unsure.

The manga holds it that Chibi-Chibi is a disguise of Sailor Cosmos, Sailor Cosmos is said to be the ultimate for of Sailor Moon - either by reincarnation or by longevity, Cosmos/Chibi-Chibi is Usagi {that much is clear, to me}.

That's weird that Wikipedia would say that because ChibiChibi is Galaxia's Star Seed. I think that the light pink looks pretty on the dresses very peaceful.

In the ANIME she's a star seed, in the manga she's actually Sailor Moon's final form, just smaller.
