Winter descended upon the north with a ravenous fury and a brutal storm bore down on Remiel, blanketing the sacred ruins in a frigid layer of white. Despite the whiteout conditions, Azuolas returns to his post on the mountain after battling the sickness that swept across the island. Many of his fellow Kol have gathered in the various caves that surround Remiel, and he knows that eventually someone will tempt fate and foolishly give into their curiosity.
