For me this is "Photo Art" and there is nothing I enjoy more than a piece of work that is educational, inspirational and just a sheer joy to view. For one so young it is a fantastic capture and well done you.

I took it after 8 pm, lower the exposure vaue and used higher aperture to get that effect
