speaking about kuroshitsuji, I recently saw episode 4, and want to know my thoughts?
They. Copied. Poirot.
that episode was a rip off of "Poirot: Murder on the Oriental Express" [link]
and Poirot is a classic; neither thsi anime nor any other tv/book/movie can beat the Poirot series.
Not only that, I noticed the theme music in episode one at Trancy Mansion; the theme music was from Bizet's Carmen opera. The music is soooo similar, it's hard to distinguish the two. >______>
so...I'm a little dissapointed

worse was the last season, there was an episode copied from sherlock holmes as well.
I don't understand why kuroshitsuji dosen't know when to quit, ugh. The whole fandom and show makes me facepalm deeper and deeper into my face every day.
Majority of the kuroshitsuji fandom HATES Ciel himself, whilst I like him for being the only sane one alive,
I hate sebastian, I want a real butler, not one that does flips around me trying to give me a life lesson, when all I asked for is a glass of water.

Kuroshitsuji, the anime, is jsut copying off other famous english detective series, as well as classic opera for their theme music.
this is another manga ruined by anime. Thus why now I only read kuroshitsuji manga.

Lol why was it even a detective series to begin with? The episode format of "we solved this terrible crime-oh wait no we really didn't {into a second episode} format was ALL OF SEASON ONE it was unnerving D< They stopped doing that this second season, heck it even has a new plot with characters that aren't gonna budge emotionally and psychically/goes back to facepalm corner/. They can make the series more drastic and full psychological drama to boot, and with fighting scenes, but the anime just fails on creating it's "original plotline" when they're already a different item then the manga.
Also they've been using famous opera/classical music since ep 1 XD which is "okay" since the songs are supposed to mildly well known but eh japan must love that.
It's a car crash that I can't look away from, mainly because I want Ciel to have spotlight moments that make him look BA, since last season, sebastian stole the show everytime with a copious amount of sparkles. ]:<

Yes, I find it rather hard to comprehend why so many animes, when they DO stray to another plotline path apart from the original manga storyline, seem to ruin the main theme of the story to begin with. There are only a few, that have actually satisfied me. One, being kobato, which they did a rather good job of changing (even though some character personas were drastically changed)
and I guess you're right, I can't blame them for using classical music. Afterall, all of Princess Tutu's theme music come from...sleeping beauty, swan lake, nutcracker, etc.
But still, it smothers the charm of originality that most animes should have.
I just wish that even though Kuroshitsuji IS straying to another plotline, I'd wish they'd be more original. The fact that they've created another Ciel and Sebatien with Alois and Clause makes me myself falm palm. It's so unoriginal, it makes me want to puke sometimes. It's like highschool musical all over again.

And while it's fitting in Princess Tutu, It's unexpected in Kuroshitsuji XD
TBH I like the polar opposite thing, but I wanted Alois to be a happy kid, happy with his life blah blah just hates this ciel character, but they just HAD to make him a weak little monster who makes Ciel look like an angel (.....i c wat they did thar but it didn't work) Kuroshitsuji has an issue of wanting to be lighthearted or not,(cuz their humor sucks and their drama is unfulfillable) so I thought this would be a change, but alas this seasons just weak destructive drama [not saying my idea of alois would be better either because in conclusion, this is all very bad XD]
UGH THIS SHOW IS A MESS AND THE FANDOM IS MESSIER FOR THAT VERY SAME REASON.

(PS, I don't mind alois' persona at all. Cute bi polar sadistic boys are kawaii but you're right again about the humor and drama, none of them are good enough, which is what makes this anime sucky)

Imo, ever since they've made fun of Yui's sister(K-on) being a yandere I can't help but think how cute if there were more yandere boys, ...but they don't have much reasoning to be XD
(asdladhsfdkjhs I know Alois isn't yandere, maybe a bit, but this is the only sick animu quality I find cute and can relate with here XD but on the topic of alois,I don't like him AT ALLLLL)
