That's a nice concept you got there. The image that I'm seeing here does a great job showing that love can change anyone.
This will be a quickie for now, but I'll provide you some in detail.

First are the characters, anatomy looks pretty good and their faces are good too. There's nothing much else to cover there since only their upper parts are shown.
Their outfits look pretty good, especially with the flow... a nice tough you got there, in addition the folds are pretty nice.. ^^=d
Now for the graphics, I just love how you did for Love's dress. Like all Valentines theme, pink is a nice colour, with fine little details to enhance her overall look. Both of their hairs are also nice, well that ends there for me.

I have some suggestions that maybe you could take. Like add some 'bloom' for some bright parts, but not too much. See his hair? That's a fine example. Perhaps you could also enhance the hearts, maybe a little more variety of shading. Because of this, the hearts kinda feels like they're not in the picture.

It's a really beautiful piece, the highlight I see here is the concept. Even the two figures here are centered with the red aura. The title goes so well with the picture, so overall, you did a very good job.
