This is a really gorgeous chain mail design. I like that it still holds a feeling of femininity.

Ah, beautiful This is pretty much exactly like the one I envision my friend wearing When I buy one from you, can it resemble this one somewhat... How much would you want?
It's so pretty. I love silver and red together. I love the arrangement and symmetry. You make the prettiest stuff

definitely can look like/along the lines of this one
i am pricing inept, so you will have to help me figure that out
(mostly it will depend on what materials you want it made out of.)

I used to be pricing inept, but then sometimes... depending on who you are dealing with... you might get ripped off.
Figure out how much the materials cost, then how much time you spent putting it together...
So if the materials cost, say 12$ and it took you 3 hours- I'd say 42$.
I usually add $10/hour for my work(most people would charge more), unless I specifically think other wise.
I mean, I make more than that an hour at my job.
Oh, and you gotta take into account the weight, and shipping too.

I always figure that if it's hand made, and it's expensive (all depending though... some things you just know are a rip off) that is is sure worth it. Artists need to eat too!

ok so this is where i run into conflict because i agree that my time is worth that much money, etc...but over all, i feel that price is way too high...even if most people would charge more...which leads me to believe that i will always have to had a day job...however i will be able to make/trade/sell give art for the sheer joy of it

Ya, I know what you mean...
I still feel the same way. But I havn't sold hardly a thing, since 2000-ish. I sold a small watercolor painting then, for 25$. I have more recently tried to sell stuff-jewelery and accesiories at a flea market, but anything out of the norm isn't too popular where I live
If I did sell something, which I don't really even wanna do, other than the fact, it would be nice to make and sell something that I make, rather than have a typical job, that makes me go insane sometimes...

Well... anyways...

When I order a necklace from you, charge me what your time is worth! Ok?
