I can't believe I don't have this in my favourites, this shot really draws you in with the almost infininance (is that a word?) of the pier.

Thanks for the comment! I really tried to get that kind of angle buut still one shat shows the age, rustyness and wear of the Pier, I took a few and this one seemed to work the most

Well it worked, you've achieved it. That's what I love about digital photography is the ability to be able to take a heap of shots and picking out the best one.

I try not to take too many though, I feel like I want to be closer to what a film Photogapher has to do, get the shot perfect 1st time.

the tone mapping isn't the only intense aspect here in this pic, that line created by the pier is pretty intense too, good stuff man
