HowdidInotnoticethis??? Thisisbeautiful. BHCDJHGCJDGCGHD.
(See how nice my grammar is...? Lol.)
SOMETHINGOTHERTHANGIJINKASWHAAAAA???
Jk.
It's like when you're better at drawing something else (Like humans) and you go back to something else you used to draw it looks better, right? That's kinda how I'm like when I draw normal Kirby characters since I haven't in like... forever.
Arthur is really detailed here too like the armor has lots of details. The thing that catches my eye though is the flag and the thing (I'm sure it's a pole-type thing) that hold's the flag itself. It just does catch my attention. xD

Hehee, grammar is all to be lost when good, nice feels are to be had [;
Exactly, it's like that -- I'm still surprised that I actually remember how to draw puffballs, heh. 'Tis been quite a while, I'm sure it is for you, too, fellow Kirby gijinker{?}. Mostly because gijinka-ing Arthur's said details would take even longer. So puffball was the way to go on this one.
There's a fleur-de-lis on the top of that flagpole (it's a war flag on a pike, to be specific), which I only felt was fitting because the rest of Arthur's armor seems to go with that theme.

Yea mang mai gramars is aeswome.
Actually, grammar being misplaced is one of my pet peeves... what am I doing...? xD
It's pretty easy since the anime's ending literally tells you (I draw Kirby gijinkas but they look nothing like themselves [link] ). Yeah, a human is much more complex than a puffball is. When you make a human it's a bit more natural to give it more detail. Which of course would take longer.
Yeah. It's really fitting for the theme.

Hehe...but it shall always remain as 'Galaxy Soldier Army' for me.
Surprisingly, though...it feels the same. Natural, even XD Maybe suddenly, drawing Arthur made me okay with both. The gijinka actually came first -- I drew them on the same sheet of paper and I realized, "Y'know what? I think the original Arthur fits my impression of him a lot more". So I ended up coloring and finishing puffball!Arthur first.
[I think it's because as long as it's Kirby, to me, it is all one and the same. I still love it either way ^^';]

It's also the Gay Straight Alliance. Just saying.
Aha so this is where that star emblem came from... your idea of the flag. :3
Very nice very nice. In my impression, the brighter sort of atmosphere works really well for this picture. Because of the black 'messy' (not at all in a bad way) outline kinda thing that is your style, Arthur himself evinces this ragged perseverance, and that mixes really well with the 'gold'ish atmosphere around him. That there's hope through hell. I like it a lot.

Lolwut? That too? D': I'm kinda tempted to vandalize add 'Galaxy Soldier Army' onto the GSA disambiguation page on Wikipedia
Impression! That's the word I was looking for! The 'messiness' [of course, not at all] comes from my scanner. When I fix it digitally I more often erase lines than draw them in.
And Dokeo again adds the depth I have but didn't know how to describe in words. Hope through hell indeed ;]
