what program do you use and how do you shade like that?

I use Photoshop and I... um, shade O.o' You mean how do I do cel shadings or what?

yeah cell shading, what exact tool is it?

I'm just using a small hard round brush for them. I make a separate layer for them and use 'multiply' as it's layer style. Do you wish to get a link for one cel shading tutorial? Or, well, whether you needed it or not, here's the link anyway if you want to check it out: [link]
It's not exactly the same what I do shown in that tutorial, as I rather 'draw' the shadings than use the eraser.

I know, shame on me for being so silly. x'D I think why I pronounce it that way is because you can find all the same letters, except for z, in "What is it?". Now that I look at it, I can get "why-tiz" out of it.
