I swear I was drawing the duc- err, halcyon Waittiz and I have no idea what happened! No, actually I do. Trying to keep the long story short: I have an original species I like a lot and my alter is not a member of that species -> wanted to figure out how it would look like as a Procylon. Well, it's now known as a Feathered Procylon...

Now, what were shadings and how did they work? It was surprisingly hard to shade this one for some reason. I also beg your pardon for the anatomy, I was actually going to give up after the lineart since it didn't look too good. Though, I actually liked the fully visible hind leg so much that I had to change the place for the tail - it was at first going to the foreground infront of that leg 8( Well, at least I had fun messing around with the messy background and windy stuff...

Aaaaanyway. You may or may not remember my October picture habit and this is one for that series. It took bloody five years not to feel queasy about the first little snow flakes falling from the sky. The first time it was snowing I _almost_ was able to think that it looks pretty - during the second snow fall I actually wanted to go out for a walk in order to flee from the other distress I had. I have even driven in a snowfall (actually it was more like sleet. And that's actually even worse...) without feeling too uncomfortable. Maybe I'll be able to enjoy winter again after a few years...
