I'd have made the gloves of the same color of the socks, and I'd have swapped the shirt color and the biker jacket colors (so the jacket would have had the same color of the boots) ^^ But this is a personal consideration (and a personal matter of tastes naturally xD), it's a really good concept!

Quite an edgy costume. It reminds me of Alicia Acorn - or Anti-Sally if you prefer. I like how the necklace chain seems to add to the biker look. (In fact, this would look great in context if Sally was actually riding a bike!) Sally's design means that unfortunately the shades look awkward on her head. Aaaaand maybe darken the jacket and gloves further, but that's just me.

Thanks, I kind of almost forgot about Alicia Acorn, but it somewhat does relate to her character. The only thing missing is the choppy hair that Alicia has and the looks would be spot on. (Why didn't I add a bike to the design!? I wasted a good opportunity! DX) The shades were hard to consider when putting them in.

Nice, she looks really cool here, and I really like her outfit here. Looks almost like a "punk" or motorcycle gang outfit, but not to "punk." The sunglasses, and gloves are nice to. Your coloring is top notch.
I also kinda like how she doesn't have pants, no NOT for "pervy" reasons, but because it makes her seem more like a cartoony animal character.

Thanks, it kind of does have that biker gang look. I was sort of considering giving her either pants or shorts with her clothes design, but decided not to. Like you said, it gives her more of a cartoony character and some of the other female characters in the Archie Sonic comics do wear pants anyway.
