So here it is, the Renamon cosplay I've been working on over a year for Manifest 08. It came out well, overall, despite things like polystyrene claws falling off over the event.Me and my Mudkip comrade caused havok all day... Well I got heatstroke and didn't cause that much havok but meh. xD We did a skit too, which is here [link] I mucked up a lot of my stuff, which unfortunately let ~pokebug (the mudkip) take over the spotlight yet again, but oh well. I got used to that xD
These photos aren't by me, though. Or my friends, they were bums and didn't take any of me! So here's a list of people who took these photos.

Amazing costume, i couldnt believe there was a Renamon at Manifest!
all day though when it was hot all i could think of was you in that fursuit, i am amazed you kept it on the whole time!!
Im going to be trying to make a fursuit for this years manifest any advice?

Thanks a bunch; I'll be in a much more padded (super secret) suit this year so hopefully it's cold!
It really depends on the fursuit you're making specifically, for me to give you advice, but I will suggest high-density foam and a good hot glue gun to make the head. Yarn too, to start with you'll need to sew the foam to get the right shape. And do give yourself a bunch of time, it's pretty time consuming.

I was waiting for a photo of your cosplay! I was harrassing people at our anime screenings on the weekend if anyone had photos (and you know what? NONE) but now I get to see it. Which makes me happy.

The guys at fantraders saw me and went "ZOMG DIGIVOLVE INTO KYUUBIMON FO UZ", but they didn't have a D-Ark or Digivolution card (or a Calumon) so I couldn't. xP

I would need your escorting, I'd probably get lost amoungst all the billions of anime fans in melbourne. Oh, but I can only imagine how busy melbourne would be that weekend x3

I wanted to get photos of/with you, but I didn't get a chance to see you for a lot of the day, what with you getting prepared for the cosplay comp. for most of it. But hey, doesn't matter, because your skit was absolutely hilarious (even though you messed up, I still giggled and screamed at pretty much everything) and that makes up for it.
