Valencia, 2005*Full view recommended*
This is probably (I'm not sure yet) the last night pic in The City of Art and Science in Valencia. This city has been designed by Calatrava and its purpose is to serve as oceanographic and several sciences musem (that's why all the buildings are fish shaped and there is water all over the place). In daylight it's beautiful, but at night it's breathtaking. I hope you've enjoyed these pics because I had a great time taking them.

I am so envious of your exposure skill! I know next to nothing about how to catch good night photography. This is absolutely gorgeous.

Oh, there isn't any secrets about it, as long as I know. Have your tripod with you, close it as much as you can (I used f22) to get depth of field, never press the shutter but use the 10 seconds timer (I don't remember the word in english for this) so you won't move the camera, and in reflections, just hope the day isn't too windy. With that, a few seconds of exposure make the image appear like this. If you try, I'd love to see the results

Ah, but see, I have a Kodak and no tripod. So there's a slight chance that this will be happening in the future.

Well, tripods aren't that expensive. I think the one I have was around 30 β¬ or so.

It is. I remember Valencia a few years ago, when my father drove us through Valencia to go to the beach in the summer, as an ugly city. I've visited it again 20 years later, and it is completely different. It's a new city.
