I actually woudnt mind having something like this!! There's no way you can lose this thing in a parking lot, for one thing, its a Ford Model A, and another thing it sits taller than a normal SUV.Related content

Woah! I have never seen an A get this sort of treatment before! Definitely an A+ for originality! It's actually pretty neat. It's nice to see classic body styles treated to something different than restored or typical street rod.
I would definitely rock this thing through some mud pits.

Yeh, definatly one of a kind! I think Its on a Jeep frame? Maybe a jeep wrangler. There something like this near where I live thats parked at an RV/ boat storage place, but its a mid 60s vette stingray, which has a way bigger lift and tires than this one! I really need to get a pic of it! lol

I've seen the 'Vette's lifted, Mustangs, Chargers/Challengers, all the iconic muscle cars.
But this is definitely the first CLASSIC I've seen on a 4x4 frame.

I have never seen the first generation 'Vettes lifted, they're just too rare, but I've seen many of the '70's models. Hill-billies LOVE those HaHa.
Yeah, the Charger was MONSTROUS. I believe it was sitting on top of a Chevy Suburban or Blazer frame. It actually was a rather clean build.

Prolly the coolest thing I've seen lifted, and most unique was a Delorean! lol That was on a chevy frame too. I've seen pics of 3 defferent ones!lol

Holy crap!!! That is insane! It looks far better than I pictured. I just couldn't imagine it, but that is pretty wicked. It's like a futuristic, military vehicle of some sort. Love it!

I totally understand that. When I'm at swapmeets, It's very hard for me to not come home broke. Even if you stick to buying all the cheap lil things, it still adds up pretty fast!

Theres hardly any of those here, we have swapmeets here every other month or once a month. Someday I need to set up a booth and sell some of my artwork, and spare parts i dont need.

I sell my extras at auction, doesn't seem to be that bad to get money, u get to the point when you can guess what ul get for what your selling, and I guess thats a differencee between Alberta and Texas, auctions vs swapmeets

I think it is atrocious! What with all the ways they can use fiberglass these days, why ruin a perfectly good Model A truck that could be restored to stock?
This is not the worst. I once saw a 1957 El Camino at a car show. Problem is, the El Camino did not come out till 1959. They had to chop up a '57 Nomad to make the "what if" pickup car!

Yeh I've seen that with a 55 nomad. Maybe when they bought the truck it had either a rotted out or missing frame, and at the same time they had a totalled ford bronco with a good frame and put the 2 together.
At the same time its still nice to see restored model A's
