Duncan's Meganium

When Duncan started out as a new trainer in the Johto Region, when he went to get his first Pokemon the only one left was the grass type Chikorita. At first he wasn't too siked about it, but Chikorita began to show off great strength, which he found very impressive. Chikorita evolved in Bayleaf while battling gym leader Bugsy in Azalea Town, then finally into Meganium while battling gym leader Morty in Ecruteak City.

Duncan's Houndoom

When Duncan heard word about a rouge Houndour living outside Violet City he just had to have it. With the help of Chikorita, Duncan was able to capture Houndour, it later evolved into Houndoom, while battling a rival trainer in Bloomingvale.

Duncan's Samurott

When Duncan started his new journey in Unova, he encountered a stray Oshawatt while fishing in a river on his way to Striaton City. Oshawatt eventually evolved into Dewott while battling gym leader Lenora in Nacrene City. Then finally into Samurott after battling gym leader Clay in Driftveil City.

Duncan's Dusclops

While defacing a wall in Rustboro City Duncan encountered a Duskull that was lurking in the shadows. It took an interest in Duncan, so Duncan captured Duskull and used it during his battle with the Rustboro City gyms leader Roxanne. Duncan eventually encountered Drake of the Elite Four and challenged him to a Pokemon battle. It was Duncan's Duskull vs. Drakes Altaria, Altaria showed great strength, but during the battle Duskull evolved into Dusclops and defeated Altaria.

Duncan's Hitmonchan

While passing through Azalea Town, Duncan encountered a Tyrogue that was causing trouble. He thought it was his kind of Pokemon so he captured it. Tyrogue evolved into Hitmonchan, during it's battle against gym leader Chuck in Cianwood City.

Duncan's Bastiodon

During his journey through the Sinnoh Region Duncan encountered several Shieldon at the base of Mt. Coronet. Duncan was able to capture one wight he help of Meganium. When Duncan entered the Hearthome City Tag Battle Shieldon evolved into Bastiodon.
