Portrait of my cousin Sarah and her (now) husband Andrew. This was their wedding present from me. Just to say, I absolutely love this portrait. I took so many pictures when I was with them for the photoshoot, but this one was a completely candid shot. I love how in a split second I somehow managed to capture a moment of such joy and love between them. They're such a sweet couple!! This really was a joy to paint.Spent about a month on this one, maybe 20 hours total, before I finally finished it and gave it to them for their wedding yesterday. Everyone there loved it, it was so awesome. There was a constant stream of gasps as people walked by the table.
