Description This is actually around 4 months old...I just forgot to upload it. You may throw tomatoes.

All while I was painting this picture, it just reminded me of the last days of summer: fleeting, soft, warm, everlasting. I came up with this image for a school portfolio design. I had no idea what to do at first. I basically laid on the floor staring at the ceiling for 2 hours. But once I finally started drawing this, it came together so easily.

Combination of Painter, Photoshop, and Illustrator. No idea how long it took. Artgerm was my inspiration for this picture. THANK YOU for all the awesome images to rejuvenate my creativity when I have none left.

Wow, that's great!
I love the transition from the soft painted part to the stark and saturated colours on the right. And it really does bring across a very warm feeling, just like a summer sunset C:

haha, well be warned there's some pretty old work in there. You might run across a few cobwebs.

No worries! I have cobwebs in my gallery that are truly frightening. For instance pictures drawn in Junior High. *eek!* I doubt anything you've made could come even close to a cobweb.

ooo, that is pretty cobweby. I think I have some hidden in a cupboard that are around 5 or 6 years old...they haven't been shown to the public and probably never will be, haha.

Sadly my scanner died right after the Junior High era and I haven't had one now for years. So...all my art is frozen forever in those horrible moments. After coming on here I have to pull out my portfolio and remind myself I have learned to form straight lines.

Hahaha!! Conquering the straight line takes talent, you know.
