I know where you're coming from. Every time I get an idea for a story it balloons into this behemoth that I can't control.
Probably why I still haven't finished a story.

Tell me about it. I really try, too, but I keep getting more ideas that might not even be for the story I'm working on at the moment. *sigh*

I have about 30 partly written, random stories going on. That's the problem with creativity.
Say, are you going to alextech now?

Sure am! It's a lot of fun, but also a bit stressful. Some of the stress is my fault. I let an art project blow out of proportion! (I really shouldn't be allowed near anything involving a hammer.)

Awesome! I thought I saw you in one of the studios. That's great! I'm so glad you decided to come here. ^^

Yeah. ^_^ It's pretty fantastic so far. Typography's a bit of a bear, though. @.@ Yikes.

It gets better. Typography was my favorite class first semester, next to drawing.

Yeah. Drawing's great. Though I'm not too sure about the textbook. Drawing On The Right Side Of The Brain. >.> If drawing upside down is supposed to be so great, why does it look worse when I try it?
And Bjerke's cool. He kinda reminds me of Dad in a way.

I know what you mean. It takes a while to get used to drawing what you see instead of drawing what you imagine. But you actually have a huge advantage in the long run because you taught yourself how to draw from imagination first, eventually you'll be able to draw realistic people and images without using reference for anything...except lighting if you made it more difficult. The Enchantments picture I did was all from imagination. Most of the graduates who didn't know drawing before say that they cannot draw from imagination at all.

it is frustrating. When you do get it, you'll want to jump and squeal.

Yeah. Though that'll probably happen after the wanting to through your laptop through a window stage. Haven't gotten there yet.

haha. I never thought I would either. There were quite a few times that I was tempted to throw mine against the wall...good thing it was rented or I might have. ^^
